Advance Group continues to grow with the appointment of Bob Lucas to the role of SVP – Business Development. Lucas comes to Advance with over 25 years of experience within the staffing industry and his addition to the team is part of Advance’s ongoing commitment to help entrepreneurial staffing firms grow.

Lucas’ extensive background includes leadership roles in some of the world’s largest staffing firms, including Kelly Services and Adecco, as well as executive management positions with both Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) organizations. With his deep experience in staffing and staffing related technology, Lucas will lead Business Development programs to help current Advance clients with VMS/MSP challenges and opportunities as well as strategic growth planning.
