Empire Underwriters Announces the Launch of Their New Standalone Workers Comp for Staffing Companies

Empire Underwriters, a leading National Insurance Wholesaler, Excess and Surplus Lines facility and Program Manager announced today the release of their new Standalone Workers Comp Program for Staffing Companies backed by several “A” rated carriers.

“We are excited about our continued expansion into the Staffing Industry. We have already had great success in our Blue Collar, High Hazard and “Tough to Write” Staffing Programs. By adding a wider range of carriers and classifications, particularly, the White and Gray collar sectors, we broaden our offerings to further fulfill the needs of our market. When we speak to our producers, they tell us they have a need for more viable options for Staffing and Temporary Placement Companies. For this reason, we have partnered with multiple “A” rated carriers in order to fill the needs of our producers and provide a wide range of options for their clients,” said Robert Linero, CEO of Empire Underwriters.

With the launch of the new Standalone Workers Comp program for Staffing Companies, Empire Underwriters is able to accommodate a wide range of classifications and risks including medical, clerical and “tough to write” classes as well as multi-state accounts. Additionally, the program will feature options such as Guaranteed Cost, first dollar coverage, loss sensitive rating plans, high deductible options and monthly payroll reporting.

“Empire is aggressively appointing new producers to actively market our growing lineup of solutions. We are looking for producers in every state that are focused on growing their book of business. Even through rapid growth, our continued mission is to add value and service to better help our producers grow alongside us,” noted Rusty Ellis, Vice President of Property and Casualty at Empire Underwriters.

Along with expansion into the Staffing Industry, Empire Underwriters is expanding into a number of other industry classes and coverages all coming soon.
