Pickell is responsible for erecruit’s marketing and communications strategy and execution for the leading enterprise staffing software, VMS and onboarding solutions provider. She’s also responsible for the development and launch of a business content strategy that customers will find compelling and valuable for their success. Pickell’s background and industry experience will make a strong contribution to the company’s customer-focused innovation and growth.

Pickell has an extensive background in HR services, technology and recruitment. She has decades of experience across the Human Capital Management sector, including senior level national and global roles in marketing, branding, product development, professional services, sales and major account management. She’s worked with leading global brands like Monster, Randstad, and Adia (now Adecco) as well as enterprise software firms focused on workforce management and telecommunications technologies. Prior to erecruit, Nina served as an executive consultant, helping companies achieve growth while guiding them on strategy, thought leadership, marketing and product development as well as talent acquisition and development. She worked with innovative technologies in social talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, applicant tracking, and workforce management as well as other solutions including VMS and onboarding. Nina holds a BBA and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
