recently featured on Inc.’s 2013 Hire Power Awards list, which recognizes private
U.S.-based companies for their creation of jobs and their impact on moving the
economy forward. The technology company was listedamong 437 other companies,
placing sixth on the Minnesota list and fourteenth on the list of human resources companies.

Between January, 2012 and July, 2013, Avionté’s U.S.-based full-time employee count
grew by 66 percent, increasing from 49 employees to 74 employees. Avionté now
employs 84 U.S.-based full-time employees, and plans to continue hiring in the
coming months. CEO of Avionté John Long said the company’s focus on people is
what he believes has led them to grow so quickly.

2013. To make the cut, applicants have to be private, U.S.-based companies, must
have been founded in 2011 or earlier, and must have had employed at least 10 full-time
U.S.-based employees as of December 31st, 2012.

This is the first time the staffing software company has been honored with a Hire Power
award and the third award Avionté has earned from Inc. This year, Avionté was also
recognized on Inc.’s Fastest-Growing Companies list, Minnesota Business Magazine’s
Best Companies list and The Star Tribune’s Top Workplaces list.
