Talent Rover, a provider of cloud-based software to the staffing industry, announced the opening of an office in Hong Kong. The new office will serve staffing and recruitment firms throughout Asia Pacific.

In addition to its new Hong Kong office, Talent Rover has a local presence in San Francisco, London, and Dublin.
