This is the fourth consecutive year that Avionté, which provides software for staffing firms out of Eagan, Minn., has made the list.

According to Minnesota Business, the 100 companies on the list are determined each year based on scores from an anonymous online employee questionnaire administered by the survey company, WorkplaceDynamics. Avionté earned its first recognition on the list in 2013, when the company had roughly 70 employees working at their corporate office. Avionté recently celebrated its 10 year anniversary and now has over 120 employees and 10,000 software users.
