SnagAJob, Decision Lens, CustomInk, Delta Among Best Firms to Work For
Jacksonville Beach, FL-based Professional Placement Resources has been rated the best small company to work for in America, Fortune reported citing the research firm Great Place to Work.
The study defines small companies as those with between 25 and 249 employees. Medium companies, which were also rated, have between 250 and 999 employees.
These companies have created unique cultures and great workplaces on par with the bigger firms, the report said, citing the perks they offer: stock options, free food, yoga classes, and unusually generous benefits programs.
