This allows recruiters, sales/account managers at staffing agencies, and hiring managers alike to stay up-to-the-minute, as they review open jobs and candidates at any location through SmartSearch’s self-service web portal.

Customers can also now choose a valuable add-on “mobile optimize” option to enhance the Career Center on their SmartSearch site. This allows job seekers to conveniently apply for positions from their phones using an existing online profile from Monster, Indeed or LinkedIn. Candidates that have activated the popular “job-alert” feature are able to click through to apply without recreating a resume or filling in cumbersome online forms—a great way to make it easy for today’s candidates on the go.
