2014 Event Longest-Running Consecutive Annual ATS Users Conference in Staffing Industry

In its eighth year, the premier two-day event is the longest-running consecutive annual gathering of an ATS users community in the staffing industry.

With the theme “Gaining the Edge to Dominate Your Market,” this year’s conference once again drew together hundreds of highly engaged staffing industry professionals from around the globe.

“Providing an annual forum where our users learn how to better leverage JobDiva to dominate their competitors is a commitment to our clients,” Carolyn Palermo, Conference Director, JobDiva, said. “That’s why we never skipped a year here or there, or skimped on the quality of the content.”

A wide range of new and pending features were announced during this year’s event, from Google Calendar® Synchronization and Candidate Video Capabilities to a Spanish-Language Candidate Portal, among many other innovations. Major enhancements to JobDiva’s On-Boarding capabilities and Mobile Apps were also explored in depth.

Attendees benefitted from networking with peers during multiple roundtable sessions, while also receiving updates from industry experts on a range of critical topics, from preparing for the Affordable Care Act deadline on January 1, 2015, to capitalizing on the dramatic growth in the use of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
