Laurus Strategies Ranked Sixth in Elite “Best Places to Work in Illinois” Analysis
CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Laurus Strategies, a business resource firm specializing in comprehensive employee lifecycle solutions, announced today it has been ranked sixth in the Best Places to Work in Illinois competition. The sixth place ranking was determined through survey results provided by randomly selected Laurus employees that reflected their opinions of eight core areas, including “Leadership and Planning,” “Pay and Benefits,” and “Corporate Culture and Communications.”
The annual rankings are developed by The Daily Herald Business Ledger in partnership with the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC), the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce, and the Workforce Boards of Metropolitan Chicago. The company was honored in the “medium employers” (100-499 U.S. employees) category.
“As a company known for its creative and bold solutions for talent engagement and management, it’s important we practice what we preach,” offered Laurus Strategies President Scott Carter. “We are proud to be recognized by ‘Best Places to Work’ and are gratified by this recognition.”
“Our internal talent is our most valuable asset,” added Managing Partner Chris Cordes. “Ensuring our employees feel appreciated and engaged is a daily focus and that in turn allows us to make the most impact for our clients. I am proud to be working with so many passionate and driven professionals.”
This past March, Laurus Strategies opened a Private Exchange Consulting (PEC) practice to work in tandem with its already existing Health and Benefits Consulting practice. Laurus provides unbiased consulting across the HR gamut, including HRIS, non-profit and public affairs, and human capital consulting.
