In this role, Roeland will lead erecruit’s international operations and build lasting and mutually beneficial customer and partner relationships globally.

Roeland has extensive global executive experience at Oracle, where he worked with the largest global staffing and consulting companies on BPO, RPO and strategy initiatives. He is best known throughout the staffing industry for his work at Adecco and Allegis Group in Sales, Business Development and General Management. While in these functions, Roeland participated in and was responsible for multiple global acquisitions. As erecruit’s EVP & Managing Director EMEA & APAC, Roeland will drive the expansion of erecruit globally. The recent $25 million minority investment from North Bridge Growth Equity in erecruit will further accelerate the business’ growth momentum.
