Lyons HR, an Alabama-based human resources management company, has purchased the assets of AdminHR of Charlotte, N.C. With the acquisition, Lyons HR provides services for more than 600 clients in 27 states, totaling more than 14,000 employees.

Bill Lyons founded Lyons HR as a staffing company in 1995. The company now has nine locations across three states, including its corporate offices in Florence, Birmingham, Knoxville, Tenn., Huntsville, Gadsden, Decatur and Tuscaloosa.

As a full-service human resources company, Lyons HR serves clients through its PEO and Staffing divisions. The PEO division provides full human resources outsourcing for small and medium-sized businesses and is accredited by the Employer Services Assurance Corporation.
