Features of the latest release, included with every BrightMove license at no additional cost, include: 

•     Responsive portal: According to recent research, 72% of active candidates use mobile devices to view a company’s career page. BrightMove now offers a responsive portal, which will automatically adjust to the device a user is viewing the site from. This includes mobile phones, iPhones, small tablets, large tablets, iPads, 15″ monitors, and widescreen monitors.
•     Search help box: The same report also stated that 45% of candidates apply for a job from their mobile phone. To help candidates optimize the search process and walk away with a positive experience, the responsive portal also features a search tips help box that gives applicants tips on how to search for a job within the BrightMove platform.
