LEVERAGE re-launches HRx services to Alabama and Florida credit unions
The difference in the level of employee morale can oftentimes be traced to the level of human resources a credit union offers. Finding the right services for employees can be overwhelming; not to mention finding the right employees for open positions. LEVERAGE, an affiliate of the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates, offersHRx, a full service human resources solution including placement services, employee screening, Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services, and employee surveys.
LEVERAGE is re-launching the HRx brand in Alabama and Florida to help streamline credit unions’ HR operations. HRx can also fill the gaps for credit unions and boards of directors that need help in executive recruiting. By utilizing HRx for employee screenings, credit unions will ensure that solid candidates will be brought forward for consideration. This frees up staff time to focus on the membership’s needs.

HRx is led by Jason Neifield and Leia White. Neifield joined the LSCU in 2011 as Human Resources director. He will continue in that role, providing strategic-level HR leadership. Before joining the LSCU, he was a branch manager and HR generalist for Grow Financial FCU in Tampa. He has an extensive financial services background. Neifield graduated from Syracuse with a Public Affairs and Journalism degree from Syracuse University; a master’s in Instructional Systems: Performance Improvement and Human Resource Development from Florida State University; and an MBA from Saint Leo University. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
White, the HR consulting manager, came to the LSCU & Affiliates in 2014 after working as HR manager for Management & Training Corporation. She has recruited approximately 100 employees, and led all HR functions for a staff of 250. She has an extensive background in HR services. White has an International Affairs degree, from Florida State University and a master’s degree in Public Administration from American Military University.
HRx is positioned to expand outside of Alabama and Florida in 2015.
