New Data from InsightSquared and Bullhorn Uncovers Staffing and Recruiting Firms’ Biggest Sales Challenges, Expectations for 2015

InsightSquared, the leading provider of staffing and recruiting analytics, and Bullhorn, the global leader in customer relationship management software for the staffing and recruiting industries, today released a new infographic that provides details details around the major sales concerns, challenges, and opportunities sales leaders will face entering 2015.

This survey of staffing and recruiting leaders and sales leaders will help others in the industry understand key concerns and challenges in the growing sales space. According to “Sales Challenges Your Staffing Firm Will Face in 2015,” staffing and recruiting firm leaders believe that 2015 will be a good year: 76% of respondents expect to grow their sales teams over the next year, while none plan to decrease the size of their sales teams.

Although firms who participated faced many challenges, there were three main areas of concern when it came to firms’ growth: expanding their client base, growing and training their sales teams, and finding and recruiting qualified candidates.

The “Sales Challenges Your Staffing Firm Will Face in 2015” infographic is the first of a two-part analysis that Bullhorn and InsightSquared will release together. The companion report will cover sales benchmarking best practices from more than 200 best-in-breed recruiting firms in the U.S. and will be released in early 2015.
