CRMPoint, a leader in customer relationship management (CRM) solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, announced today that it has merged with CRM and IT staffing company Precision Professionals (PPi365).

Kansas City-based CRMPoint offers top-tier, customized and affordable customer relationship management solutions. The merger doubles the size of the rapidly-growing company, broadening its reach and into PPi365’s key markets of Phoenix and Minneapolis.

This merger makes CRMPoint one of the top providers in the country focused on CRM for small-to-medium sized companies. Both staffs will be retained, with Shawnee, KS, remaining the corporate headquarters.
