Brightfield Strategies Engages GRI’s Art Knapp to Accelerate Rollout of Talent Data Exchange

Brightfield Strategies, a leading human capital strategies consultancy, and Geometric Results, Inc. (GRI), the world’s largest independent Managed Service Provider, are pleased to announce that Art Knapp, GRI’s Vice President of Solutions and Innovation, will begin an engagement with Brightfield to accelerate the integration of Brightfield’s Talent Data Exchange (TDX) into MSP program operations.

Brightfield’s TDX will increase program maturity and sophistication, bringing measurable impacts to contingent talent quality, speed of acquisition, and cost rationalization. By focusing Mr. Knapp’s efforts on the Talent Data Exchange, it will help foster GRI’s usage of the TDX toolset in its own MSP programs, enhancing the precision and speed of executing talent strategy for its clients.

“Art is widely known as an industry innovator with practical grounding and we see his engagement as further validation of our scientific approach to contingent workforce strategy. Talent Data Exchange was conceived as an industry-wide collaboration, a ‘tide to lift all boats,’ and we’re thrilled GRI is onboard with this vision.” said Jason Ezratty, President Brightfield Strategies.

“As one of the founding MSP sponsors of the Talent Data Exchange, GRI continues to recognize the power of accurate, granular, and timely market rate data into our MSP operations. We are excited to partner with Brightfield to accelerate the expansion of the TDX offering,” said Dan Fuhrman, President, Geometric Results, Inc.

“Programs have always benefited from having access to their data. Talent Data Exchange represents a quantum leap by addressing the variances seen when analyzing contingent workforce data at the job title level. Without this level of precision, metrics and benchmarks are of limited value. In an industry trading over $125 billion per year, such precision is critical if we are serious about serving our clients to the best of our abilities.” said Art Knapp.

Mr. Knapp has had personal accountability for over 200 individual accounts encompassing a global scale of over 50 countries, several billions in spend, and several hundred thousand contractors.
