eIntern’s aggressive strategy starts at career fairs, identifying the top Computer Science students across the country by attending career fairs, interviewing and making offers on the spot. As a sponsor for the Career Premiere Career Fair in Roanoke, VA, on March 26, eIntern will be meeting students from 14 different area colleges and universities including eIntern academic partners Radford University and Ferrum College.

Students who accept an offer for employment, as early as sophomore year, undergo a couple of years of training while finishing school. The training complements what students learn in school, forging the academic education with real world practical experience. Through its training program, eIntern has experienced unprecedented growth in the past year.

In addition to sponsoring the Career Premiere Career Fair; sponsoring the GACE Career Fair in Atlanta, GA, with over 45 colleges and universities; eIntern is attending numerous other career fairs and conducting on campus interviews throughout the country.
