UniqueHR COO, Rebecca Bradford Elected President of the Texas Self-Insurers Association

UniqueHR, a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO), announced today that its Chief Operating Officer, Rebecca Bradford was elected President of the Texas Self-Insurers Association Board of Directors (TSIA) effective July 9, 2015.

The TSIA Board provides representation on Workers’ Compensation issues before the Texas Legislature, the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) and the Division of Workers’ Compensation.  Their ongoing mission is to create and maintain a Workers’ Compensation system in Texas that promotes business and is fair to employees.

The Texas Self-Insurance Association (TSIA) was established to advocate passage of legislation designed to permit certified self-insurance as an alternative to commercial insurance or non-subscription to Workers’ Compensation insurance.
