Avionté Staffing Software Draws Record Attendance at User Conference

Avionté, which provides innovative staffing software solutions to the U.S. and Canada, recently welcomed nearly 350 staffing professionals to its sixth annual user conference, held at the Marriott City Center in Downtown Minneapolis August 4-6. This year’s event was the largest of Avionté’s Client Connection forums to date, bringing in 137 unique firms.

Avionté’s Client Connection forum offers two full days of staffing industry and technology presentations, training courses, breakout sessions, and multiple evening networking events. The forum brings in staffing leaders from across the country to learn and collaborate with the Avionté team on staffing software technology and business improvement.

“What our Client Connection forum displays is the power of in-person interaction and conversation,” said Avionté CEO John Long. “The staffing companies in attendance all share common ground, which makes this event so unique. They’re not only in the same industry; they’re utilizing the same technology suite to achieve a greater level of success. And the level of camaraderie between our customers and employees is an amazing thing to be a part of.”

Many industry leaders were also in attendance, including representatives from the American Staffing Association, the Staffing Industry Analysts and other staffing consultants. The forum also brought in representatives from Avionté’s preferred integration partners: Global Cash Card, Essential StaffCARE, Asurint, PeopleG2, Peoplenet and ADP’s Tax Credit Services.

Avionté’s Director of Customer Experience Brigid Isenmann, who is heavily involved in the planning and execution of the event each year, said the opportunity the event gives employees to meet clients and partners has an immensely positive impact on the Avionté team.

“This is definitely my favorite event of the year,” said Isenmann. “This interaction not only means we are we able to build stronger relationships with our clients, but it also enables us to sit face to face and listen to what our clients are needing from us. It allows us the ultimate opportunity to show them the commitment level Avionté has to them, from the support team to the CEO.”

The 2015 Client Connection forum pre-events began on August 4th with a golf outing and an all-day open house at the company’s corporate office in Eagan, Minnesota. The forum’s general sessions included a “state of the company” talk from Long, a keynote presentation from the President of Staffing Industry Analysts Barry Asin, and a presentation from Avionté’s Research and Development team introducing accomplishments from the past year, future release plans and an overview of Avionté’s new Aero platform, set to be released later this year.

The two-day forum also featured breakout sessions covering recruiting tools, ACA, web portals, integrations, sales crm, available reporting options and more. Multiple tracks were offered to encompass the full range of client software knowledge, ranging from those currently in implementation up to the several six-time attendees present at the forum. In addition to the roughly 60 separate breakout sessions and multiple general sessions, representatives from development, IT, technical services, payroll services and support were available at tables throughout the forum for client questions and feedback.

Avionté partnered with the American Staffing Association again this year to raise funds for the StaffingPAC. A total of 19 firms donated 11,500 dollars for StaffingPAC at the forum this year. This is the second year of Avionté’s Contribution Credit Program, which will apply a credit to each firm that donated on their September invoices.
