Geometric Results, Inc. Named to Industry’s Top MSP List for Second Year, Advancing into the Top Tier

Geometric Results, Inc. (GRI) is excited to announce that it has been named the NUMBER THREE TOP MSP in the 2016 HRO Today Baker’s Dozen.  The award, based solely on customer service satisfaction survey results, is GRI’s second in the two years it has participated.

“We are thrilled that our hard work has been recognized by the industry, and more importantly, by our clients for whom we work diligently every day.  This award is a manifestation of our dedication to developing next-generation solutions delivered with the highest quality service,” said Art Knapp, GRI president.

GRI grew out of a merger of the MSP divisions of MSX International and IQNavigator in mid-2014, creating a stronger, more diverse company.  Last year, the company was ranked tenth overall.

HRO Today collects responses from clients across the MSP landscape, seeking information about a variety of topics that directly address overall MSP quality.  The responses are scored using an algorithm to ensure statistical accuracy.  GRI had 17 client responses which offered insight into the four categories: breadth of service; quality of service; size of deals; and MSP provider overall.

“GRI’s continued investment in strategic best practices that advance program maturity for clients is one of the major contributing factors to our high-level of overall client satisfaction,” said Jill Parrino, vice president of solutions and innovation.  “We’re all in when it comes to our desire to remain the partner of choice for our existing clients while showing new companies how we can do the same for them.”
