De Bellas & Co. Investment Banking has announced that Arlington Resources, Inc. (“Arlington”), a leading provider of Human Resources (HR), Finance, and Accounting Professionals, has been acquired by Cornerstone Staffing Solutions, Inc. based in Pleasanton, California.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Rolling Meadows, IL, Arlington is a privately-held staffing firm in the Chicago metropolitan area.  Arlington is a nationally accredited, best in class recruitment firm founded in 1997 by Patricia Casey.  The company offers temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire services to customers ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
