Bullhorn Expands Enterprise Leadership Team to Help Accelerate Growth of Enterprise Staffing Firms

Growing Roster of Enterprise-focused Leaders Signals Deepening of Company’s Strategic Enterprise Commitment

Bullhorn®, the cloud computing company that helps staffing and recruiting organizations transform their businesses, today announced the expansion of its enterprise leadership team, including the promotion of Ryan Murphy to senior vice president, enterprise, to help accelerate the growth of global enterprise staffing firms. As enterprise staffing firms seek agile, technology-forward partners to drive their business growth in a new world of work, Bullhorn has increased its roster of enterprise-focused leaders who are charged with partnering with customers to help meet their challenges.

The complex and ever-changing workforce, the mandate for extensible recruitment technology, and the demand for developing stronger customer and candidate relationships are driving the evolution of enterprise staffing. These factors are also contributing to Bullhorn’s solution diversification, including the recent acquisitions of Peoplenet and Connexys, with enterprise leadership representation from Andy Zarkadas and Ruud Claasz Coockson, managing directors, global accounts. With these additions, Bullhorn is significantly increasing its overall enterprise team to meet the needs of its global enterprise customers as they navigate challenges and opportunities presented by the new world of work, including automation and artificial intelligence, margin pressures, skills gaps, compliance, and enhancing client and candidate experiences.

Over the past year, Bullhorn has doubled its bookings with enterprise clients located across the globe. Bullhorn has also added to the enterprise leadership team a focus on developing strategic relationships in high-growth markets, with new positions for Shaun Weise and Ian Scott, managing directors, global accounts, in the UK, Ireland, and EMEA, and Matt Webster, managing director, global accounts, in Asia-Pacific.

“With the growth of our entire enterprise team, Bullhorn is well positioned to deepen our enterprise commitment, especially as our enterprise customers adopt technology that can scale with them via a robust platform built for staffing and embrace the ecosystem to support their differentiated strategies,” said Mike Restivo, Bullhorn’s chief revenue officer. “Core to Bullhorn’s enterprise commitment is establishing even stronger relationships with our enterprise customers that are rooted in trust and transparency, which will strengthen our ability to successfully work together in the long term.”

Bullhorn’s enterprise leadership team also includes a team focused on providing strategic direction and accountability for delivering value to the company’s top existing global accounts across all products and countries engaged. Gretchen Keefner and Tim Cavins, managing directors, global accounts, lead this team. With additional promotions to vice presidents, Leah McKelvey, Jason Smith, and David Stott leverage their expertise of the global staffing and recruiting industry to drive deeper engagement with Bullhorn’s enterprise customers, as well as overall growth and retention for the entire segment globally.

In addition to announcing Bullhorn’s expansion of its enterprise team, Bullhorn is also announcing its newest hire to its enterprise team. Staffing industry leader Jimmy Fabiano has joined Bullhorn’s enterprise team as managing director, enterprise solutions, to further accelerate the company’s enterprise growth, bringing more than 20 years of staffing experience and leadership to the team. As managing director, enterprise solutions, Fabiano will be responsible for cultivating, maintaining, and deepening strategic relationships with enterprise staffing firms in North America.

“Bullhorn’s increased investment in enterprise staffing is the most significant commitment to the industry that I’ve ever seen as a staffing industry leader,” said Fabiano. “As enterprise staffing firms increasingly demand recruitment technology that is modern, global, and scalable, Bullhorn will help these firms capitalize on the opportunities afforded by this new world of work. I’m looking forward to furthering Bullhorn’s enterprise strategy and creating incredible customer experiences for its enterprise clients.”
