Bullhorn Names Brian Sylvester Chief Financial Officer
Bullhorn®, the cloud computing company that helps staffing and recruiting organizations transform their businesses, has named Brian Sylvester as its new chief financial officer. A finance executive with more than 15 years of experience, he is responsible for overseeing Bullhorn’s global financial and accounting functions, developing and driving the company’s financial strategy and operations, and helping to accelerate the company’s growth.
A veteran of the software industry, he brings a proven track record of strategic executive leadership to the chief financial officer role. For the past three years, he has served as Bullhorn’s finance vice president and controller, leading the day-to-day operations of the global finance department.

Prior to Bullhorn, he served as corporate controller for Pegasystems, a Cambridge, Mass.-based software firm, where he provided leadership, development, and direction to the corporate accounting team. He spearheaded the company’s financial reporting, transaction processing, and corporate accounting functions. He also served in various financial leadership capacities at Pegasystems. He began his finance career as a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
