Hyson comes to TextUs from her position as COO of ettain group, one of the fastest-growing staffing firms in the nation. She was named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power Women in Staffing for two years and has been honored by the Charlotte Business Journal with a 2018 Women in Business Award. Ericka’s innovation, drive to create value for customers, and commitment to team growth dovetail with TextUs’s culture and positions TextUs for continued expansion throughout the staffing and recruiting industry.
