WHY: At this year’s event, Art Papas, founder and CEO of Bullhorn, the cloud computing company that helps staffing and recruiting organizations transform their businesses, will judge workforce solutions that teams will develop during an experiential learning workshop.

Entitled “Team Up: Strategies and Solutions for the Industry’s Biggest Challenges,” the workshop will allow participants to solve some of the staffing and recruiting industry’s biggest challenges by developing best practices and innovative solutions for recruiting and retaining talent, improving talent experience using technology, and differentiating businesses from competitors.

One of the workshop’s judges, Papas will lend his nearly 20-year expertise of the staffing and recruiting industry to participants and score teams based on the quality and creativity of the solutions they generate during the workshop. Jeff Bowling, founder and member of the board for The Delta Cos., and Mike Whitmer, CSP, global chief information officer for Recruit Global Staffing, will also participate as judges.
