Brightfield Strategies Welcomes Jesse Levin as CEO

Pioneering Analytics Company Hires New Leader to Accelerate Recurring Revenue Growth, Scale Software Platform and Grow Customer Base

Brightfield Strategies announced that Jesse Levin has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. Jesse joins the company after a successful career at CEB, the leading best practices insight and software company. At CEB, Jesse ran strategy, corporate development, new ventures and investments and built multiple businesses that brought data and software to help corporate managers improve the efficacy of resource allocation decisions. Jesse brings to Brightfield a wealth of knowledge and experience to help further accelerate the growth of Brightfield’s Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) solution, the Talent Data Exchange (TDX).

“Changing labor demographics, evolving employment preferences, continued talent supply chain disruption and knowledge work automation are all driving growth of the agile workforce of temporary, consultancy, outsourced and gig economy workers. Brightfield’s products and services bring efficiency to a market now representing $820B in spend and over 30% of workers in North America” says Jesse. “Brightfield is in a unique position to bring innovation, price transparency and analytical rigor to corporate decision makers professionalizing how they manage the costs, quality, risks of contingent labor and consulting spend. I am privileged to serve a stellar team, progressive customers and investors to scale the growth of a company with a special set of assets addressing a massive cost category.”

TDX has quickly emerged as the undisputed leader in market intelligence, spend analytics and technology to program managers optimizing the talent supply chain or managing a transition to the future of work. Based on monthly digital data feeds from a member network of almost 400 Fortune 1000 enterprises and representing over $100B of spend, TDX is the source for understanding “the price of work” in the modern economy.

“The Brightfield team has earned a privileged position as the trusted steward to leading buyers, sellers and intermediaries in the modern talent supply chain, and serves as the data consortium and intelligence provider to help increase the speed and efficiency of the modern labor market,” says Co-Founder and Chairman, Jason Ezratty.

“Brightfield is now even better prepared to serve our clients with the addition of Jesse Levin to the management team. His past success and management experience will greatly add to our capability that will extend the recent revenue growth of our company,” says staffing industry luminary and Brightfield investor Gary Nelson.

TDX was incubated within Brightfield Strategies, the leading consulting firm for contingent workforce strategies and program management. The hiring of Jesse is a reflection of the business model transformation from project-based Consultancy into subscription-based DaaS provider.
