Geoffrey Goldwater has recently been promoted to President & Chief Strategy Officer at Odell Studner. One of four founding partners of Odell Studner, Goldwater previously served as Principal and headed the Staffing Practice Group. He was responsible for overseeing $4 billion of payroll and over $80 million of premium for over 120 staffing companies in the U.S. and overseas. In addition, he built the company’s Risk Management Division from the ground up.

In his new role, Goldwater will provide leadership and strategic vision for Odell Studner’s additional practice areas, including real estate, construction, human services, life sciences, and food, manufacturing and distribution. He is charged with driving revenues as well as stakeholder value.
