Version 21 boasts a redesigned layout and re-engineered navigation for an improved, modern user experience. The beautiful dashboard interface is more configurable to suit individual work-styles with dramatically reduced click-throughs to access the most commonly used data and functions. Users can quickly and easily create multiple, agile Smart Dashboards to support company best practices and personal preferences.

One of the smartest features of Version 21 is the “Smart Memory,” which stores work history to give users instant retrieval of recently accessed records. In addition, a new Drag-n-Drop feature makes it faster than ever to organize records, better manage sales and business development activities, match candidates to jobs, create talent pools, as well as quickly advance candidates in the hiring process. The popular HireTrak workflow toolset now “remembers” where candidates are at every step in the recruiting cycle and allows recruiters to drag and drop candidate data from any list into the next step in the process.

Version 21 features new Funnel Graphs for tracking sales and recruiting activity, improvements to the way candidate search results are ranked, additional display options on candidate records, and a new favorites tool for flagging candidates, hot jobs, and sales leads. Plus, the SmartCapture browser plug-in has been upgraded to update itself automatically making it easy to import candidates and business contacts from LinkedIn.
