This partnership will allow SmartSearch to auto-populate all client job postings seamlessly and without cost to the new job posting section. In addition, job seekers may receive job updates into their Facebook feed if they have added a jobs filter to their account. When job seekers apply, their application will automatically load into the SmartSearch clients’ databases for proper sourcing.

The obvious benefit of this to SmartSearch clients is that in addition to this service being offered at no cost, presently, clients will gain broader visibility to a Facebook population of over 1.09 billion active, daily users.
