Specialized risk management and insurance brokerage appoints leader to oversee sales, carrier relationships, technology and other key areas
Odell Studner, a leading provider of specialized risk management and insurance brokerage services to middle-market companies, announced today the promotion of Ann D’Amicantonio to Chief Integration Officer. In this key position, Ann will be responsible for integrating technology, ideas and processes across multiple functions to drive innovation and improve business performance. Key areas include risk management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, carrier relationships, and sales. Ms. D’Amicantonio rounds out an impressive leadership team focused on supporting clients across practice groups, such as real estate, staffing, group captives, and human services.
“The Chief Integration Officer is a cornerstone position, unifying several necessary business functions as we accelerate our growth. Ann has the client and carrier relationships and the industry knowledge necessary to excel in this role,” said Geoffrey A. Goldwater, President and Chief Strategy Officer. “She will be instrumental in building momentum for our agency, clients and colleagues.”
“Many of my Chubb colleagues have worked with Ann for years, and we are all proud of her advancement,” said Alex Wells, Chief Underwriting Officer for North America Commercial Insurance at Chubb. “Odell Studner and Chubb enjoy a strong working relationship serving clients in the Greater Philadelphia area and other markets, in large part because of Ann’s strategic vision. I’m eager to work with her in this new role.”
Ms. D’Amicantonio has served with Odell Studner for 15 years, most recently as Vice President, where she led the commercial lines new business marketing department, commercial lines general and human services practice group, and the private risk division. Prior to joining Odell Studner, she was a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley, where her responsibilities included building portfolios to help clients reach their long-term goals.
“Working in a single organization for 15 years is a rare but special feat. During this time, I’ve been fortunate to serve in nearly every area of Odell Studner’s business to help our clients grow and protect their assets,” said Ms. D’Amicantonio. “I am grateful to our leadership for allowing me to take on these expanded responsibilities as we continue our impressive growth and deepen our reputation for client satisfaction.”
